I spoke to Irem nearly a year before my surgery. She was the first person I had spoken to when I was doing my research that didn't just want to talk money with me. She asked how I was!!! Everyone at the hospital is lovely, and kind and can not do enough. I would advise anyone to use this hospital. Nothing is too much bother. I am 4 months in and 5 stone down. What can I say absolutely excellent care from enquiry to the aftercare and support. Irem the care co ordinator saw the whole process through from the very start . Arrived and was collected from the airport and met in person at the hospital by Irem pre operative tests very through bloods, ultrasound, X-ray, echocardiogram, only then cleared for surgery. Irem was there supporting at every step even escorting me to surgery and was there when I returned to my room. Hospital was spotless and medical staff very competent and skilled. Surgeon was available to answer questions and reassure. Nutrition support ongoing. My experience has been excellent.

Wow!! What can I say, what a fantastic team. I cant fault the company at all. They all looked after me so well and helped me from the moment I enquired to even now being 9 weeks post op. It was a big decision and a scary thing but I never felt so relaxed and at eased the whole way through. They really are amazing. They have changed my life forever and I cant thank them enough. Had surgery 10th October was very nervous flying out to have it done but the experience was ?????? everyone was so kind and helpful from being picked up from airport to my return. So many checks bloods/scans ect. Iran was so lovely and is there for u at any time. Highly recommend

Went for a gastric balloon and I got a special and great service and attention from moment 1! Pick up from airport and staff was incredibly amazing.. attentive. Hotel provided with an excellent view and pick up from hotel to hospital was even better! Hospital attention was 10/10 they are all kind and attentive. Special thanks to the host Irem which has absolutely amazing! Kind and helpful giving excellent tips. Highly recommended! I hope to see them soon!

Very friendly, helpful,unlike my previous Dentist, as soon as I sat on the chair without examining my teeth properly she gave a folder to me with different pictures and prices for treatments that were available from her Dental practice. I used to live in London, now I live in Essex and have been travelling to London for past 6 years to see my Dentist. What I appreciate is, he cares about you and he tell you his opinion and what are your options. He does not push you to have implant when you do not need it and it’s not necessary.
